Steps in Telemedicine:

For an effective Telemedicine consultation, all you need is good quality images of the skin problem, smartphone or laptop with internet.
  • Step 1: Book your Telemedicine consultation by calling us: 9884210587. Service available on Tuesday, Thursday
  • Step 2: You will recieve a whatsapp message asking to provide clinical inputs, sharp photographs, reports, prescriptions etc. The inputs are scrutinized by us to get the necessary clinical information.
  • Step 3: Pay the consultation fees by any UPI payments/Googlepay/Netbanking etc.
  • Step 4: Receive appointment time
  • Step 6: At the designated time, whatsapp or Googlemeet video consultation is done
  • Step 7: Receive your doctor's report/prescription by whatsapp or email.
In Telemedicine, a dermatologist will advise you within the limitations of viewing your condition during a videoconference or based on the photos and information that were submitted electronically. Sometimes a face-toface, follow-up visit with the dermatologist may still be needed.
